Six years as a software developer at Salesforce: backend data integration, a customer-facing frontend, internal tooling and, from late 2024, AI agents in production. Every figure here is one I could measure.

Org Sync: real-time Salesforce-to-Salesforce data integration
July 2019 – June 2022 · Backend development1M records / hr
A configurable, CDC-based, one-to-many near-real-time data integration framework between Salesforce instances, built on an in-house pub/sub platform, Kafka, database triggers and custom REST APIs. 90% of records synced within 5–10 seconds at peak loads of about 1M records per hour per team.
I delivered the pilot MVP (Accounts, Cases, Case Comments and Files end to end), which meant solving parent–child dependencies, polymorphic relationships and file-attachment linkage; that work shaped the framework’s relationship handling. I co-implemented CRUD, merge and parent–child preservation in target orgs with retry and alerting.
Drove adoption across 50+ teams and 4 production orgs by documenting and presenting the framework so teams could onboard through configuration alone, replacing legacy S2S connections, external objects and batch jobs with no error visibility. Built the CI/CD for differential deployments (Jenkins, Groovy pipelines, GitHub webhooks, feature flags, fallback strategy) and owned production support via Splunk. The team won the company-wide Dream Team Award, given to one team a year.
Led the migration of 20M+ historical records into Salesforce’s primary employee and customer org with zero data loss or downtime, designing a cutover strategy that left no gap between legacy and live data.
To test it at scale I built a highly concurrent, semi-automated performance-testing framework (JMeter scripts for data and API load, Python for analysis) and reworked the data schema to get past database lock issues. Overall performance-testing duration dropped by more than 60%.

Salesforce Success Center, the help portal
June 2022 – Jan 2024 · Full-stack developer6 languages · 150K+ customers
Salesforce’s customer-facing help portal: a responsive website localised in six languages and rendered dynamically from database-driven inputs: LWC (JavaScript) on the front end, Apex on the back end. I partnered with designers on UX and built reusable, data-driven UI components in a micro-frontend architecture.
Built personalised recommendations for 150K+ customers by analysing multi-year licence usage and product-interaction data aggregated from several Salesforce data stores and served through a GraphQL API. Independently owned the dynamically rendered cards, banners and like/favourite features from data model to code, and onboarded the portal onto the Org Sync framework as an adopting team.
Owned performance, SEO and Google Analytics for the site, with click-level custom events on every interaction for downstream reporting. As the team’s CI/CD champion I authored the Jenkinsfile and set up automated promotion across QA, UAT, E2E and Production with Slack notifications.
An internal PSA tool for project managers to manage projects and resources across roughly 10,000 employees, supporting a $2B services revenue portfolio, built on top of the Certinia package.
A Slack-first workflow let PMs handle resource allocation, project support, effort estimation and budget sizing without logging into Salesforce, JIRA or Smartsheet, with automations for reminders, use-case assignment and staffing. I integrated JIRA and Smartsheet with Salesforce for real-time progress and resource tracking using the Apex SDK for Slack, Salesforce’s in-house pub/sub and MuleSoft as middleware.

Services AI Landscape (Agentforce)
Oct 2024 – Aug 2025 · Founding member10,000+ users
Founding member of the team for AI automation across the Salesforce Services org. Built two agents, Services Delivery and Services Seller, as the pilot for Salesforce’s Employee Agent, from POC to production. We were among the first teams to ship Slack integration for an AI agent, so employees reach it in Slack without re-authentication; I gave demos to guide other teams.
Delivered POCs the team adopted: AI-generated agent instructions from Elements flow diagrams, and automated SOW creation via the Google Docs API from Apex, attaching documents to project records through the agent. Designed and reviewed Story-to-Test, which generates test cases from user stories with few-shot prompting, used by 10,000+ employees across Professional Services. The Delivery agent also automated holiday creation across all countries for 10,000 project-assigned employees.
Planned org-wide adoption of Org Sync for a 15-object Services org migration, and mentored an engineering intern and a product intern to shipped Agentforce deliveries. The team won the TSIA Star Award for sustained work in AI.

Automated review of design documents
2025 · Developer~2 h → ~20 min
An AI-powered review system for Solution Design Documents that generates inline comments hyperlinked to the sections containing inconsistencies, cutting review time from about two hours to about twenty minutes per document for Solution Architects across a ~10,000-person services org.
Built as a custom Google Docs Editor add-on with a sidebar UI (HTML/CSS/JS via HtmlService) that packages document content with tailored review instructions and renders section-specific AI reviews in-doc; Apps Script on the server side, Apex backend, MuleSoft middleware.
Worked on an AI agent for the help portal that gives customers self-service, so their issues can be resolved without going through the process of logging a case. Built by creating a RAG over all knowledge articles and the previous cases handled in the system.
The solution actively resolves 50% of conversations, at around 90k conversations every month. Presented it to customers as an Agentforce use case at TrailheadDX’25 Bengaluru.

India Innovation Portal
Side project · Sole developerSalesforce India
An internal portal to collect innovation ideas across Salesforce India, built as a side project under the Salesforce India CEO. I owned requirement collection, design and development end to end in LWC and Apex.
Shipped idea submission, progress tracking, stakeholder feedback and cross-team voting, used by employees across Salesforce India.

Beyond the projects
Accessibility lead, owning compliance across the site for screen-reader users, keyboard-only navigation and colour-vision deficiency. CI/CD champion and scrum master for the team. Mentored five engineering interns and one product intern over six years; five converted to full-time, with projects including a Splunk insights tool for data sync, a contact-merge tool, a data-migration tool and a customer-research agent for sales.
